While I prefer reading actual books, I do enjoy to fall asleep to a good audiobook. Here are some of my favorites, and you might notice my bias for stuff that lulls one to sleep.
HorrorBabble
Great collection. I'm particularly into the H.P. Lovecraft and Clark Ashton Smith stories. I prefer to listen to them on Bandcamp, since I don't have to have my phone screen on, draining my battery.
LibriVox
Basically an audiobook version of the Gutenberg Project. They have an app for iphone which isn't very polished, but makes listening to the audiobooks pretty straighforward. And they have a sleep timer, which I appreciate.
I love anything read by Peter Yearsley. He has a very comforting voice.
