I came across this image on tumblr and was inspired to stat up this hydra variant.

Special:
- Regenerating Heads: Each head has its own 10 hp. If destroyed, the head (and its venom supply) regenerate in 3 rounds.
- Spit Venom: Each head has the ability to spit venom at a distance of up to 15' once per encounter. An attack roll is made and if a hit is indicated, the target must make an avoidance save in order to prevent the eyes from being struck (the venom is largely harmless to unbroken skin). If the eyes are hit, the target is permanently blinded (-4 to attacks and AC).
- Venomous Bite: Each head can deliver venom by bite once per encounter. The bite deals 2d6 physical damage, and additionally the target must make a death (poison) save, or suffer 1d12 damage immediately, and an additional die of poison damage each of the next 4 rounds (on the hydra's turn) as follows:
- 1 round later: 1d10 damage
- 2 rounds later: 1d8 damage
- 3 rounds later: 1d6 damage
- 4 rounds later: 1d4 damage
